Dr. Derdeyn is a board-certified dermatologist with 15 years of experience in cosmetic, medical and surgical dermatology.  She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Virginia.  She continued at the University of Virginia Medical Center to complete an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Dermatology. She is particularly dedicated to the field of aesthetics, with extensive experience in cosmetic procedures including injectables (Botox and dermal fillers), lasers, chemical peels, body contouring, microneedling and platelet-rich plasma.  She is thrilled to share this expertise with the residents of this beautiful area of Virginia.  Dr. Derdeyn is also a certified life coach and will be completing a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at the University of Virginia this summer.  She and her partner, Jason, have four children and live in Charlottesville.
